Terms of Service

Storeffy (storeffy.com) is a service for building online stores. By opening a store or using the service you agree to these terms.

Account and store

• Give a correct name, phone number and email when you open a store.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One person may run several stores; each needs its own subscription.

Subscription and payment

• New stores get a 7-day free trial. After that, a subscription keeps the store open.
• When a subscription ends, the store closes for customers and the dashboard is locked. Your data is not deleted; paying opens everything again.
• Prices, discounts and offers may change from time to time. New prices do not apply to time you have already paid for.

Your responsibilities

• The store owner is responsible for the products sold, their prices, quality, delivery and customer service.
• Products or services that are illegal in Bangladesh, counterfeit goods, fraud, or anything that breaks someone else's rights may not be sold.
• The store owner is responsible for handling customers' money and personal data properly.

Suspension and closing

• Storeffy may pause or close a store for breaking these terms, fraud or complaints.
• You may ask us to close your store at any time.

Service level

• We work to keep the service running at all times, but maintenance or unexpected technical problems can cause short interruptions.
• We keep regular backups; we still recommend keeping your own copies of important information.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Using the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
