Data Deletion

This page explains how to ask Storeffy (storeffy.com) to delete your information.

What we may hold about you

• Conversations you had with our Facebook page, Instagram or WhatsApp, so our AI assistant and team can reply to you.
• If you opened a store: your account and store information.

How to ask for deletion

• Email hello.storeffy@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or message our Facebook page or WhatsApp.
• Tell us which channel you used (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and your name or number, so we can find your data.
• To delete store data, include your store address too.

What happens next

• Within 7 working days of your request, your conversations and related data are deleted and we let you know.
• When a store is deleted, its products, orders, customers and images are removed for good and cannot be brought back.
• Records we must keep by law (such as payment records) may be kept for the required period.
