Refund rules for Storeffy (storeffy.com) subscriptions.

Free trial

New stores get a 7-day free trial so you can try every feature before paying. The trial costs nothing.

When you get a refund

• If you paid twice by mistake, the extra payment is returned.
• If a payment succeeded but your subscription was not extended and we could not fix it, the full amount is returned.
• Within 3 days of paying, if you could not use your store because of a technical problem on our side.

When there is no refund

• Closing your store in the middle of a paid period does not refund the remaining time.
• Stores closed for breaking the terms.
• Subscriptions bought with a discount or coupon, except for the first two reasons above.

Email hello.storeffy@gmail.com or call +8801331760645 with the payment's TrxID and your store address. We reply within 3 working days.

When the money arrives

After approval, the money goes back the way you paid (bKash, card, etc.) within 7-10 working days.
