Viewing orders and changing their status

1. In the menu open Order Management. All orders are here, newest first.
2. Open an order to see the customer's name, phone, address and items.
3. Call the customer to confirm, then set the status to Confirmed.
4. Set Shipped when you send it and Delivered when it arrives.

Checking Send Money payments

When a customer pays by bKash / Nagad, the order page shows the Transaction ID. Check it in your app, then set Payment Status to Paid from Edit order.
