Setting up your store email

Order invoices and password-reset emails go to your customers. Without your own email, they are sent from the platform's mailbox.

1. Open Settings → Mail Settings.
2. Enter your email service's SMTP details: Host, Port, Username, Password, Encryption (usually SSL, port 465).
3. Add the From address and From name (your store name) and save.

Using Gmail

Turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account, create an App password and use it instead of your normal password. Host: smtp.gmail.com, Port: 465, SSL.
