Adding categories and sub-categories
Categories help customers find products, e.g. "Bags", "Shoes", "Gadgets".
- In the menu open Catalog → Category.
- Press Add Category, give it a name and a picture, and save.
- To split further, open Subcategory, choose the main category and add a sub-category (e.g. Bags → Handbags).
Tip
Category pictures appear on your theme's home page. In Store design → Themes → Customize you can give each category its own picture.
